    The forum said that you need order No. to activate, but the email after payment did not find order No!

    There is no reply to the request of the work order to start the machine. Waiting for so long is meaningless! So many VPS don't have to use their products! This kind of service is really bad enough!

    @xiaosan628 - The only staff here is @VirMach the rest of us are members of the board that you are posting at. (note the "member" tag) @VirMach has said that he will be away from the board for a while because he is trying to answer the large number of tickets he has received, and doing other provider related things.

    @VirMach mentioned that activations were stopped at the moment so that the servers can "cool down" so at the moment you need to wait if you want your order activated at Toyko.
