getting more and more demand for clients wanting to pay with crypto many of the moduels are the market place have no been updated for a long time & the ones that have , have bad reviews what do people use that work well?

CoinPayments, but it's a payment gateway.
BTC is hardly very popular for recurring small payments. Litecoin and Monero seem to be (our) most popular, so it's nice to be able to just accept a bunch of different ones.
