I think you are mistaking transparency for "rule changing all the time".
I've been with VirMach for more then seven years, and they have never changed a price on me. That said, VirMach does have the right to change a future price after your contracted term has expired, with prior notification. This is normal practice in the hosting industry.
If you are not deployed yet, make ticket with "Refund" in the title. Please include your order number and be sure to select the pending service..
If you have already been deployed the offer terms state: Once the service is delivered, there are no refunds for this special..
I've tried to click the Ryzen migrate button yesterday but the request was failed, and today its button just got disappeared.
Well, I'm looking forward to see its button back to online soon, so that maybe I could migrate my super old special plan which bought in 2016 from Buffalo to Denver.
It probably failed yesterday because it wasn't supposed to be there. The script currently doesn't support migrating specials without data since they have many different specifications.
Migration failed, VPS lost. please let me know how to solve this problem.

I would expect VirMach to fix these eventually, but probably not very soon.

Pretty sure if you go to https://virmach.com/special-offers/ and you actually read what it is posted there you will figure out where you are supposed to post and if you would read the order page (most likely) you would know why your refund was rejected.

If you seen page #2 aka LET promo (not LES) - no order number posting needed. If you haven't been deployed yet you need to just wait. If you want a refund you can open a support ticket with
Refundin title and it will proceeded soon (TM) - seems like once a 24h VirMach proceede those.Anyway I would also suggest logging into VirMach.com website to see if your service wasn't really deployed - there were some people angry/mentioning that service is there for few days yet they didn't received any e-mail.
