We didn't only deploy a dozen.
This operation does display the CPU model, you must first install AlmaLinux 8.3 (64-Bit) when booting, and then install other systems to display it, thank you
Did you even take the effort of reading only one or 2 pages back? It is explained there that there is still a provisioning process running, so you are not the only one. Also there is an estimated period that it takes given that all VPSes are provisioned. But still: estimated.
Apparantly a lot of people can't handle expectations, estimations or can't understand that there are queues in which have their turn sooner as others. I know, it's difficult, understanding how these kind of things work, because they are nowhere the same as in real life (sarcasm).
Two more nodes were having basic problems in Japan that require DC hands. I have confirmation that this will be done in 15 hours.
These are TYOC038 and TYOC36 and why no one was deployed on them yet.
We're at over 1,000 deployments in Tokyo now by the way.
I remember a number of people here almost begging to get access to their VPS, and that they would be happy if they got it. Then they got it and the moaning even went worse, even though the reasons are very logical and to be foreseen. And even explained a number of times. But let's wait and see, I'm too curious about what the new reason is people find to complaint about when we are a bit further.

Bro, I would like to know what requirements you follow to activate instances?
To be fair, and I have to remind myself when a dozen people show up here and act otherwise, over 99% of customers are not constantly posting here or making tickets complaining. It's difficult to notice this when you only can go by whoever posts here and there are surges of negativity.
I noticed this first when going through and trying to clean these up for activations. For the first 100 activations I probably did manually going in order, maybe 1 or 2 people actually spammed tickets or their invoice ID here.
This has been answered several times, but I'll answer you again. Right now they are being activated by a script, and going in the order it was placed.
I'm also manually activating people for the new sale since these automatic creations began, only a dozen or so, but that's not an offer for this community, it's for another.

Maybe something like "My server is bad, network dont upgrade to 40GB, see ticket asap, I can't run windows on 384 plan, fix now!, I want to buy more for cry and spam again, when open?"... We have a lot of options here :-)
