Reducing the time you spend for this thread results in good results for us 😆
Okay I'm skipping pages 109, 110, 111, 112. If anyone said anything important there please repeat it now. If anyone said anything unimportant, I guess no one is stopping you either.
So when will our order on April 7 be activated?> @VirMach said:
So when will our order on April 7 be activated?
OK. I just want you know the issue and take a look at it, now it seems can be solved in future, thanks for your work.
You're probably on the wrong thread in the wrong community.
More creations are resuming now but I'm not going to resume any creations on TYOC039 until that gets cleared out, there's still more services going into kernel panic from incompatible operating system.
I'm also initially skipping TYOC033 and TYOC040.
Here
I don't understand what you mean? What I want to ask is, is the activation process still continuing?
Uplink has been upgraded to 40G.
When will the pre-orders be fully opened? ?
You ordered April 7th? Which promotion?
Too many complaints, we paused creations until people were done testing network, benchmarking, and gave them about a day to complete their setups. It's resuming now.
Mine was bought during the first promotion on March 14 But the date was changed to April 7.
How is the progress now?
where and how
You asked for an update five minutes after the post you quoted.
I'm looking forward to doing a speed test tomorrow or a week later, not now
Tokyo.
They plugged in 40G line I assume, configured it, then unplugged the previous one.
Keep in mind node is still limited to 1Gbit per node. Only the storage node and perhaps some 10Gbit nodes later shipped will be able to use 10Gbit. No one person will be able to use the full 40Gbit.
Oh, I was a little misunderstood ... but I still can't wait!
So is the first batch of pre ordered users 10g bandwidth?
That's not what I said, no, sorry.
i 'm sorry. So do I have an answer to my previous question?
Yes you got your answer. The answer was no.
It was 10 Gbps shared across whole cabinet, now it is 40 Gbps shared across whole cabinet.
Uplink is now 40 Gbps shared. It previously was something lower.

The lowest bandwidth this promo offers is 1TB @ 1Gbps Bandwidth. No Ryzen offers are on xTB @ 10Gbps Bandwidth
@VirMach the next renewal date of many services been changed to "04/07/2023" or "04/07/2024" on yesterday, but they are still show as "Pending" now, perhaps still in the activation queue? thanks
@VirMach Will the expiry time of the last powered on service be revised again? The current expiry time is April 7, 2023. If it is not revised, is it unfair to the last person who started the service?
What do you mean by last?
Does "last powered on service" means service already activated? Or it means service that's still not activated and pending?
Virmach mentioned that service due dates would be adjusted to reflect the provision date, so if your service isn't provisioned now then the due date should be adjusted after/when it's provisioned. Not sure why Virmach would adjust the due dates to service already provisioned/"in active status" (if that's what you mean)
not yet activated
Then it's in the queue.
