Look at the amount of Chinese users attacked my post, same with the other Chinese who posts within minutes. This is a low end form with low end vps providers, what do you expect? That means you might have been activated sooner and the human that activated your order forgot to change the date. We'll go through these before 03/19/2024 but if you notice it generate your invoice on 02/19/2024 then contact us on that day.

I'm sure there's a possibility of setting up a more sophisticated webserver to deal with this but we don't have everything on scalable cloud services and this only happens once or twice a year.
I can move us to a larger dedicated server which was planned, but that still will not resolve how SolusVM functions (terribly) and I also decided against that for now as we'd get more tickets if we took it down for maintenance right now.

I'll repeat this again, they're not limited in any way. You're just on the first two nodes where people were using operating systems that caused kernel panic, and these people keep powering their services back on and leaving it in kernel panic. The abuse daemon should be powering these down automatically now so hopefully it will continue to improve. It's only been about a day, please be patient.
I already answered this above, please read the last 15 pages of this thread if it is very important to you. Otherwise it will get resolved over the next few days.
