    Bad news, bad news!
    I brought a tokyo special yesterday and I did not keep my order ID, but actually ,it was not all my fault.
    Yesterday after paid my bill, the web page kept loading, I tried to refresh it, but it turned out: "critical error"(maybe caused by network attack?)i have tried may times to find the "order ID" but failed. And unfortunately my VPS still pending.
    so what should i do now? this problem really make me upset.

    HINT: Next time don't buy something called pre-order.

    You can go to bed and sleep. After all, it is the fastest and surest way.

    Mine is not activated either. Virmach wants you to order $50 for two years. He can activate it for you immediately. I hope to activate it before 2023. I also believe in virmach technology. I talk to us about technical issues every day. I have been paying attention to it for too long. .

    看那右上角1点钟方向的三个杠没有, 点一点就弹出多级菜单, 再多级菜单点client area.
    大多数网站为了兼顾手机WEB端都是这样的结构.
    另外说句你不爱听的话, 尽量不要发中文, 并且问一些没有营养的问题.

    I think it definitely is the people who are furious about preorders being delivered later than some newly-paid-but-charged-higher orders, which means Virmach raised the money from preorders to buy Tokyo machines and when the data center is ready they prioritize the more lucrative new orders while ignoring the preorders. Anyone in that situation may think they just give away money but not receive the services they deserve. As long as the Virmach make it clear that they will boot the preorders before any new orders instead insisting their arrogance, problems may be solved.

    A few things:

    • All Tokyo servers were bought/paid for and built and have been for nearly two months. We did allocate some of them to another location and switch some parts out and build others recently to avoid more of the same problems, but NONE of the funds were used to buy any machines. Zero.
    • The Tokyo servers were supposed to be up a little bit sooner, and there are TIMELINES, so I wanted to avoid a chain effect where everything is delayed. This caused some plans not to go exactly how we wanted, and caused an overlap that was originally not planned.
    • There were not that many new orders activated. Nearly 99% of all activations on Tokyo to this day have been from the first pre-order sale. I think people do not realize the numbers. The first pre-order sale was in the thousands. The orders over the last few days in Tokyo has been a few dozen.
    • Not all new orders have even been activated. There were about 30 to 40 people activated when we were going to activate people on the same server. Originally, I planned on activating these last, but thought it would be easier to identify everyone if they were encouraged to come forward, and it would also make everything go by faster. Except we ran into issues, and had to automate the process. Now it just tries activating everything ASAP, but not when the systems are down.
