Hope it's stable and can be used in production soon.
TYOC040 is plugged in but powered off, I'm going to give them some time in case they're doing maintenance but I haven't received an update saying it's done.
Have a try ticket to SolusVM? maybe get help

It's online right now and IO significantly improved
q
TYOC039 rebooting again as I have to changed something in the BIOS.
Remind me, why didn't @VirMach go with EPYC? It can't be that expensive to have... 4 nodes per DC or so?
maybe more nodes is better than higher density per node for his model.
and of course the HW cost.
Network speed never improve yet
iperf3 Network Speed Tests (IPv4): --------------------------------- Provider | Location (Link) | Send Speed | Recv Speed | | | Clouvider | London, UK (10G) | 35.6 Mbits/sec | 116 Mbits/sec Online.net | Paris, FR (10G) | 33.8 Mbits/sec | 91.2 Mbits/sec Clouvider | NYC, NY, US (10G) | 47.1 Mbits/sec | 82.7 Mbits/secwhat is your tough @VirMach ??
i am in TYOC040 btw
I wrote something longer about this earlier but the super short version is that Ryzen ended up being better in almost every way.
When did it perform like that? You say it never improved, so you're saying it has been like that or worse over the last couple days?
Only 2 nodes now? How is the progress of other JP nodes?
Yes i did it like 3 or four times in a different days but speed still same
Weird, I haven't seen anyone else post benchmarks with similar low speeds and while I can't confirm those low speeds on my end, and in the past all my tests have been much faster, I do see that it's abnormally low right now for "Receive Speed" but not as much for "Send Speed" as your results indicate.
Here's my current results, still running so it's incomplete results.
iperf3 Network Speed Tests (IPv4): --------------------------------- Provider | Location (Link) | Send Speed | Recv Speed | | | Clouvider | London, UK (10G) | 396 Mbits/sec | 84.4 Mbits/sec Online.net | Paris, FR (10G) | 392 Mbits/sec | 53.3 Mbits/sec WorldStream | The Netherlands (10G) | 467 Mbits/sec | 51.9 Mbits/sec WebHorizon | Singapore (400M) | 839 Mbits/sec | 117 Mbits/sec Clouvider | NYC, NY, US (10G) | 568 Mbits/sec | 53.3 Mbits/sec Velocity Online | Tallahassee, FL, US (10G) | 396 Mbits/sec | 45.2 Mbits/secI saw a lot of people opened, but my order on March 12 is still not open, I want to ask today to open today?
Hahahaha, well, I'm not serious enough, Chinese is ONE OF the official working languages of the United Nations.
Compare with Node39. Node40 network speed worse.
I have set up a private server for iperf3 testing, use it if needed. I have PM'd you the details.
Thank you.
I am the most serious here:
This is because of the reciprocity in diplomacy: UN provides official simultaneous translation for these 6 languages.
That is, If you want to refer to the UN guidelines, 6 languages need to be present at the same time, you need to provide all 6 types of translate.
still did not get my paid server and no response from billing team after 9 days
@VirMach any update regarding 8gb package?
You're going to get a refund if you created a ticket but it may take some time as there's a lot of these tickets. All of these will be processed by the time services are activated. Right before activation, there's going to be a list made of all tickets created by someone associated with the order. If there's a ticket open, it'll be cancelled/refunded. If there's no ticket open, it'll be activated.
(edit) There's a possibility at my discretion that it'll still be activated of course especially if I can do them in bulk and close tickets. If this happens though it means you will be on a server with all the other people that also created tickets asking for updates, potentially not the type of crowd you want to be with on a single server.
@VirMach at its best!
I like him...
By the way: Did you sometimes change the location for invoice #1397608 ("LargeWorried-VM") from Tokyo to Los Angeles? Never got any confirmation from you.
It's listed as Tokyo. Did you still want it switched to LA?
Yes, please!
