@InceptionHosting have been solid since my first order on Black Friday.
The only 3 lowendtalk providers with free DirectAdmin I know are:

What license you need? I will soon include personal license free for all servers. I can give you one ahead.

+1 on BuyVM. However they aren't in UK/DE. But I have enjoyed using their DA licenses on a 2GB vm in Luxembourg. I don't recommend going below 1GB of ram for Direct Admin.
NexusBytes gets a lot of mentions here on LET but I haven't used them. They should be pretty good though, and they're actually in the UK.
If BuyVM is out of stock, you can use a stock notifier which will send you a notification when servers are available.
