Anyone out there using Peer to Peer CDNs?

Currently there are 2 p2p CDNs out there, https://peercdn.com/ and http://swarmcdn.com/

Both dashboards suck and websites look cheap and rushed, but I am more interested in the functionality.

Has any of you used them? Did it work? Any issues?

  • PeerCDN actually looks pretty cool. Their dashboard is very clean. Looks like they are free as well.

SwarmCDN seems cool (and cheap) but their sign up-page is not https...

  • wow, p2p CDNs are a cool idea. is there anything like a server tool, that uses the WebRTC data channel to serve traffic to users?

  • Bump. Anyone with feedback?

  • I never really saw the point of P2P cdns unless you had constant traffic of 500 at any moment.
