    I tried to reinstall the Debian 11 template and it didn't start either, so if that's fixed I'd appreciate hearing about it.

    Merge ticket is unrelated to that. Check other ticket, if you have other ticket that may be why.

    I only create merge ticket to avoid any mis understanding, I did not create other ones.

    the support team reply me as:

    "Hi, please provide the order or invoice ID for each of these purchases so that we can track the accounts and merge them into your main account.

    Qi G."

    then I provided the all four invoices (16th MAR), the next day all 3 VPS in sub account had been refunded. and no one reply me or update me on ticket. I know it a week ago.

    Yeah some of the OS listed isn't actually "tuned" to Ryzen. Mount ISO also might not work because the ISOs are not fully synchronized.

  • I bought it in Tokyo, (#1397158)but today I found out that the location was changed to San Jose after it was turned on. Maybe I have left a message on the forum before and can't wait for Tokyo. However, I later bought a storage vps in Los Angeles(#1405380), so can Ryzen Special 384 changed to Tokyo? Otherwise, it will conflict with Los Angeles. If you can't change it, refund the storage vps in Los Angeles before the Los Angeles machine was turned on . I don't need two American vps. thanks.
