    Merge ticket is unrelated to that. Check other ticket, if you have other ticket that may be why.

    I only create merge ticket to avoid any mis understanding, I did not create other ones.

    the support team reply me as:

    "Hi, please provide the order or invoice ID for each of these purchases so that we can track the accounts and merge them into your main account.

    Qi G."

    then I provided the all four invoices (16th MAR), the next day all 3 VPS in sub account had been refunded. and no one reply me or update me on ticket. I know it a week ago.

    I entered the solusvm. It shows that"No media found for this virtual server". How long will the problem be solved?

    You can power it down and try installing now. Debian 7, 10, 11 should work. CentOS 8 should work.

    I believe in the comments I specified it is our normal refund policy and limitations but at a glance I also don't notice that being stated. Our normal refund policy is one per customer but it wasn't explicitly stated/linked so in that case we'll honor it. My apologies. I'll double check and see where why we missed it or if we did state it and update you as well.

    You don't understand what does this mean?
    It means that you can post your invoice ID here to announce that you are willing to delay the activation of your vps in order to make room for others...

    Unbelievable... No wonder there's still so many people posting their invoice ID here...

    As a matter of fact, I'd like the whole Japan IP addresses blocked in China so that there won't be any more noisy neighbors like your guys. Problem is, that would hurt virmach's business.
    Anyway. Wish the route to China as terrible as possible.

  • My Tokyo server system is centos5.8, and the system prompts "read-only". I tried to reinstall debin11 system, Status Offline for 30 minutes. did not start.

    I just tried reinstalling from Debian 11 template, but the server is still unbootable. I can wait for the ISO to be ready anyway. Thank you.
