    Tokyo Update


    Okay so everything is looking great so far and the facility is amazing in terms of how quickly they handled everything and assisted us with customs. Other server will be set up today, and more services activated here today. Thank you for being patient and waiting, and we're very happy to meet our initial timeline of about 2 weeks.

    6 servers were sent on Friday, current ETA on Tuesday or Wednesday, March 30th. This should fulfill all pre-orders combined with existing nodes there.

    At minimum 5 more are being sent on Monday, to arrive by Thursday. Up to 16 will be sent on Monday.

    Self-serve (no ticket) migration without data will begin opening up for Tokyo. You will see a button on your service details page for existing services, in different batches. First it will be opened up for many of the "migration specials" as well as full paying customers and those already slated for migration.

    Tokyo storage server will most likely be sent Monday as well. Keep in mind, this will initially have to be deployed as 1Gbps but will be switched to 10Gbps ASAP after scheduled maintenance. We will also allow migrations for existing storage customers (limited space) and more information on that will be provided.

    NYC Update


    Freight continues to be unreliable. I'm unpacking the freight palette/box which will take some time, and these will instead be placed in individual boxes and sent off Monday as well. At least 14 servers will be sent on Monday to NYC Metro. They will arrive Wednesday to Thursday.

    Storage node may be sent in two boxes, one for hard drives, one or the server. I'm attempting to fit it into an individual box instead of palette. This is aimed for Monday but may take longer.

    Amsterdam Update


    At least 6 servers and network equipment is ready, but freight is unreliable. Unfortunately, only freight can receive the proper brokerage service from our experience without it getting complicated. I am going to try very hard to get freight to pick this up on Monday. Otherwise, we may look into purchasing servers or just flying into the Netherlands at this point instead or establishing a contact there. Worst case scenario, we will have to pay an exorbitant rate to a third part broker, if it reaches this point I suspect it will be mid-week.

    Storage node is still being worked on.

    We're beginning to get everything ready here, and sourcing another switch and PDU (this should be easy.) Still haven't heard back from the DC but it should be ready to go soon, and the contract is signed.

    Los Angeles Update


    4 servers have been racked, awaiting network configuration. More will be sent throughout the week - These will be from all the leftovers from other shipments/builds at this time and shipped in small bursts.

    Storage node has been running stable in the office for several days now. I will attempt to send this out as the first storage node on Monday.

    Yes, if button appears you can go to Tokyo for existing services. Button will also state if it's not available/sold out as that will eventually happen.

    So what are the systems we can use in Tokyo? I tried some systems but the cannot boot.

    I entered the solusvm. It shows that"No media found for this virtual server". How long will the problem be solved?
