    So ture!!!!!!

  • Ooh, just saw I got a migration email for one of this year's 2gb black friday servers in San Jose, looks like that impulse purchase really paid off. Some of these servers I've been idling for years are going to end up really impressive if they get migrated.

Tokyo initial few servers and network equipment have been picked up. Current ETA Wednesday to Friday this week, plus customs clearance.

Los Angeles initial few servers have been picked up. Current ETA tomorrow, and then datacenter has to set it up (or maybe I can drive in, I just couldn't carry all that stuff there myself right now.)

Amsterdam - I got UPS brokerage service to finally respond. Hoping they continue to respond quickly so we can schedule this properly and have customs clearance. I did not send any individually today as I couldn't get service with customs clearance and don't have anyone there to handle that at the moment. Also speaking with the datacenter. DHL is still scheduled but I haven't heard back from them... so it's not looking good (I've scheduled in the past where this happens and days later they reply and begin talking about the first forms to fill for brokerage.) Ordered motherboard replacement for the storage node, arriving tomorrow.

Chicago - Still waiting for contract to be sent over formally.

NYC Metro - Trying my best to get some of these out today, it's just difficult with everything else actively getting planned out and some migrations happening today.

Denver - No update from them yet, was supposed to be completed last night.

Dallas - Still not getting set up until Wednesday at least.

Dallas 2 - Oh did I ever mention this one? This one is Carrier-1/Psychz. PDU has arrived, preparing the switch and sending off some here, probably tomorrow.

Atlanta - Finally out for delivery after all the delays. Probably not going to be ready in time for migrations I wanted to schedule this week though.

    San Jose, Seattle, Phoenix

Hi @VirMach. I had previously closed my 3 day old ticket for a location change to San Jose, as you requested, but I have not had any communication since. Do I need to open another ticket? Order #: 652928 - Cheers

      real coincidence

    https://upload.cc/i1/2022/03/21/eg6fdI.jpg
How can I explain that I can successfully receive the ticket email, why would I ask for help if I didn't forget to press the save button to save the generated strong password? Add change mailbox but can't have multiple mailboxes, what's the logic? Change the original email address to the original email address?

is it true you have multiple accounts?

Only 2 can't log in because the password is forgotten and saved, do I need to create another mailbox to enter the submission ticket? Or is there a way to find customer service to solve the problem without logging in? Or is there any limitation on the function of changing mailboxes? Replace the original mailbox with the original mailbox? I have provided all the account information, but I need help because I forgot to save the password

ok so you have multiple accounts. thats all i needed to know thanks you

So if you can't have multiple mailboxes, what's the use of the function of changing mailbox accounts? Can you explain it to me?

So you can change it to another one when you forget your email and password and lock yourself out.

It's okay though, I'll even honor the deal on your other account that you didn't lock yourself out, just let me know and reply to the ticket with the transaction ID and I'll process it for you.

    https://imgbox.com/1kF6YQ0z
Login IP Payment Proof E-mail Receipt Proof, what other proof do I need to provide?

    Cancelled/refunded.

If you want me to place the new order for you same price, reply on the ticket and confirm to be billed and give me ticket ID here.

Dude! No! It's not worth it! Save yourself some sanity points.

Please refund for only one order (listed below), and I will keep the other and maybe I could try to eventually hit $200 on VirMach this month.

To reduce the burden on VIR, I will keep all my 6 pending boxes during this great Ryzen sale. The refund request has been fully withdrawn.

SEAZ001 has had its share of abuse and then now it looks like some people started ramping up usage there maybe over the last 48 hours. I assume maybe someone who purchased in bulk and then set up all his stuff at once, I'll look into it.

This node may also require a reboot, I may send out emergency emails for that, it has a lot of issues with SolusVM acting whacky that I believe a reboot would fix the best.

I am experiencing similar frozen screen on my Ryzen service @ “SEAZ002”. This was provisioned on March 17th, 2022. This service was previously working on another node. Not an urgency but was wondering what the frozen page meant.

Is it only me that the page in the control panel for my ryzen product is completely frozen ?
Can't scroll, can't click on anything. Other service page seem fine. Disabled Ublock, but it didn't help. Oh well, I don't really need to access anyway.

I'll look into that ASAP but today and last night has just been extremely hectic. I'm still trying to catch up to many different fires that went off and trying to get back on track with everything else.

Sure, let me prioritize this pre-order over everything else.

Jokes aside, that's on my list of stuff to do today, so maybe tonight... I'd say at least 3% chance of it happening.
