    Dallas Update - The servers we sent that arrived 10 days ago are finally being scheduled, for Wednesday setup. I'm very unhappy about this but so far we're ahead of schedule versus San Jose, unless something else happens there as well. One of the DC partner contacts essentially didn't check communication and then used a terrible excuse.

    You better hope the GB5 score is not so good then there will be less crypto mining.

    As for torrenting, small disk and higher price compared to US VM make it not encouraging.

    Tokyo pickup has been scheduled. We're sending out 4 servers, a switch, and cables. Only one pickup has been scheduled so far, I'm doing the other two now (three total boxes.)

    Amsterdam still awaiting previous custom details for priority shipping. Amsterdam still scheduled for bulk pickup by DHL on Tuesday as well.

    NYC Metro is getting a shipment sent tomorrow as well, of at least 2 servers, switch, and cables.

    LAX is getting a shipment sent tomorrow as well, of at least 2 servers, switch, cables, and PDU. Potentially storage server but unlikely, that will most likely have to wait for freight. I'll still try.

    Sure, it's fine to lose the password, but you also lost the e-mail. The email you provided isn't your user's email. You also have multiple accounts, it's possible to receive a ticket email if you made a ticket under one of those emails. I'm just communicating what I can, that the email you provided is incorrect.

    So you can't reset the password with an incorrect email, that's why you aren't getting the forgotten password link. You can disagree if you want, that is definitely what is happening though.

    This is the email I changed to a purchase purpose after registering with a private email. How does the change email you add work? I told all the account information and provided the login IP, you told me that the account does not belong to me?

    Only 2 can't log in because the password is forgotten and saved, do I need to create another mailbox to enter the submission ticket? Or is there a way to find customer service to solve the problem without logging in? Or is there any limitation on the function of changing mailboxes?     Login email does not always equal contact email. Every hosting company running WHMCS above version 8~ or so will have these separated similar to the contacts system. You can change your "account" email but the "user" which has permission to access/modify the "account" is different. It can be the same, but in this case it is not the same.

    Your "account" has no password. It is accessed by a "user" with a username and password, the username of yours is NOT the same email. At some point in time one was changed.

    Guest ticket, but you did not create this account for this purpose, it already existed.

    (edit) To be clear I don't care about that right now, I just can't resolve your issue quickly because of your situation with both wrong email and missing password.
