Pretty much what the title says. My service next renews on 9th July 2023 at $60, and I'm willing to lose a few months of service in the swap if you have one with an earlier renewal.

Did you open a support ticket? I think most providers are still happy if you are still using their service (convert to ticket or swap location with or without fees)
I have, but they've said that they don't do location transfers on promotional plans.
