    Multiple DCs in that building as far as I know.

    so I assumed the entire building counts as the same DC. I am assuming it is like Lelystad Media Tower, where hostslick and hostslim host.

    Yes, a few DCs exists in that building, but it's not a DC as a whole I believe.

    Looks like there's Atha Media Prima, Herza and DTP - not sure what or who else is there.

    Tifa building is office building in jakarta indonesia with many tenant rent space for office

    few of them (tenant) "build datacenter" there

    correct, it's not datacenter building (whole building as datacenter)
