West media always assuming that every war must have one good guy and one bad guy.

Like the one in the movie.

from this thread we know that they succeed.

is this propaganda as well ? not only Africans ,Asians are equally beaten by police.

Mostly, yeah, no difference between BBC and daily mail besides govt funding. Ukraine is busy evacuating women and kids, what I mostly saw in those videos are some adult males. It's hard for every male in Ukraine, not just foreigners. Any idea what their home countries are doing to get them home?

You want other countries to go to war zones, obviously they are waiting at bordering countries waiting for students to cross the borders which is being stopped by those tyrants . Now BBC is even anti Ukraine for telling the truth ?? nobody can say anything about those atrocities by Ukraine army on non white foreigners . When being male is considered crime now ....

Are you an eye witness of those "atrocities"? I'm sure it's hard for everyone in Ukraine at this moment and i'm sure there are human rights violations being committed on all sides, it's just human nature i'm afraid but i'm also sure that the Ukrainian govt is not specifically targetting people of color. Being male(adult male) is not a crime, you just have a much lower priority @ evacuation. It's a disaster either way, for everyone located there. Keep in mind that all of this is on Putin and his gang of monsters, every war crime, every human right violation that happened since he invaded a peaceful country(8 years or so ago).

Economy sanctions should be way worse than a war. This must be a lesson for any other "leader", who thinks to begin war on their ego basis.

There is no place for GRAD devices in this world. Sanction, deny and despise until they crumple in load scream "stop, we are sorry". Namecheap made a move, congrats.

If we this think way , I am not witnessing the war so maybe it is not putin but some aliens doing that

People always search words to describe something. Either it is good or bad. There are more words to describe bad than good. But sometimes "monster" is the only word left, as there is no other description which fits. That's how you know how bad it is.

The United States and NATO are deploying missiles around Russia and China. Next will be India. Some Western media will block the news or even call it justice.
In any case, nameheap needs to be blacklisted

Hostinger proudly reported they will no longer renew services for Russian residents. So very nice of them not just to cancel all current services ordered by Russian customers. But I suppose they will come to that, as well.

NameCheap now truly matches its name. I didn't expect their "parting message" to be such an emotional and hateful.

Host-Tracker sent us an aggressive message as well, before canceling our account.

I suppose there will be more, the anti-Russian hysteria is being cooked and carefully distributed. Some of FOSS authors consider block Russian users' access to their code.

There will be more nonsense of that kind - since hatred and reasoning are usually mutually exclusive.

But here's what I know well, looking back to my lifespan.

    Every war will end.
Politicians will work out a solution.
    The smoke will disperse.
    The reason will prevail.

However, the hatred posted and distributed over the net will remain. Internet remembers everything. It's very unlikely I will ever come near NameCheap and the rest from that list. They exposed their true nature - even wars can result in useful consequences.

    Peace and kindness to everyone.

Yes exactly , they cannot bear single country cuba with nuke and missiles but can have nuclear missiles around the world and delivering democracy to all over middle east expecting everybody will remain silent to the drama . Hypocrite much ...

This affects only Ukraine , most affected seems to be Europe of less than 600 million people and there are other parts of the world like Asia, African of 6 billion people who have no interest in this NATO-Putin led crisis. We are as much concerned as you guys were during Vietnam wars,IRAQ wars,SYRIA,Afghanistan etc etc .We hope NATO stops expansion policy and stops deploying nukes everywhere and Putin moves back afterwards . We hope peace prevails and that's it .

What a move Namecheap. Punishing citizens because you don't like their govt. Whats the difference between you and Russian govt who is attacking innocent citizens of Ukraine, the very thing you are condemning in the first place...

Lol wtf Namecheap aren't killing people and it is very much their right to decide whether they want to support Russia by doing business there or not.

My country for one is spending a lot of resources in bringing back @ 20,000 students. Government of India had issued a warning and asked them to evacuate on Feb 15, which was ignored.

    https://www.news18.com/news/opinion/us-uk-china-leave-citizens-stranded-in-ukraine-as-india-leads-evacuation-effort-4821212.html

Not a fan of GN and its tracking, but this link gives an overview about what is going on.

More related to above, not OP
They may even expand the scope to fly back folks from some S Asian and African countries. Atleast out of Europe and maybe a transit point in the Middle East. Looks like many other countries are not.

Back to topic- I think there are a couple of services with NC through a host- might move them out sooner. More of a personal decision to consolidate domain regs than anything else.

I do not know what Russian trolls do and think, but I have a genuine contact in Kharkiv.

Thus, it's pretty easy to detect an outright lies when I see them.

I mean... Couldn't you say that sanctions and similar restrictions are doing the same thing? The Russian Ruble fell from 13 US cents to 0.9 US cents as a result, which obviously affects the citizens.

If Namecheap want to block service in Russia, that's their choice as a private business. Namecheap are far from the only business doing this; many other companies are doing the same thing. They likely already block service in other countries subject to US sanctions like Cuba and Syria, so I'm not sure how this is any different. Support Ukraine.

Basically this ^. There's a lot worse things going on for Russian civilians at this moment and every sanction is negatively effecting the standard citizen.

Namecheap has a large employee base in Ukraine so I see why they are doing this, people calling them "childish" clearly do no understand. If remote employees from my own company were under the same situation, I wouldn't hesitate to do the same.

Look, they have a C-level Ukrainian - of course they'll do this.

I'm sorry if it's against the rules, please remove if necessary.

Can anyone please suggest a domain name registrar, to transfer (non-.ru) domain, that will not end up terminating for Russian residents.

(I'm absolutely against the war crimes, but guess it doesn't matter to NameCheap..)

    Thanks.
