okay, lets say I have Mac Mini M1. (or whatever, I don't think this matters)
then I put Intel Compute Stick on it ... plug it into HDMI capture card, then it should show the Compute Stick display on my OBS (or similar).
Now, how do I control mouse/keyboard from the mac, that would stay usable even without network? similar/not similar to KVM, I think?

If the other device is running Linux, you could use the usb gadget system to emulate a usb keyboard/mouse, or something like https://github.com/benizi/hidclient / https://gist.github.com/ukBaz/a47e71e7b87fbc851b27cde7d1c0fcf0 to emulate a bluetooth keyboard/mouse. For the former approach it is usually only possible on some SBCs or with certain pci-e usb cards, latter should be possible with just about any bluetooth enabled linux pc

What about something like TeamViewer? It allows you to remote control your pc/mac/linux computer from anywhere in the world.
putting intel compute stick or similar on a mac mini colocation, telling them "it's a flashdrive".
it doesn't work when i'm on BIOS setup.
I used mm what is it called synergy for this in the past.
Which one are you wanting to control the other? The compute stick controlling the Mac or the Mac controlling the compute stick?
