iCloud rejecting mails

Hi,

Using mail.baby and I'm trying to send mails to iCloud but they are being rejected:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
    o******@me.com

Technical details of permanent failure:

554 5.7.1 [CS01] Message rejected due to local policy. Please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204137

Contacted the support, they have pointed me to: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252472652

I don't see any suggestion how to fix the issue there either, anyone of you have faced this issue?

Their content filters aren't the best. But push back with their support and keep being friendly, they're very competent and will fix it for you.

    Thanked by 1Chalipa

Yes. They've fixed this for customers of mine and they've been very helpful when I've needed to reach out. They have a good mail admin team, just bad filters.
