I use HostCram since Black Friday and there are many downtimes two months back. Each downtime is up to 1 hour.
That's not good for my production site.

i9 or 5950X?
I assume @Shakib can explain if anything went wrong.
Are you having cram(p) now?
We will double you cram, please hold the line.

Report by Uptimerobot
My server was !down more than a month. They would occasionally report my server went down while in fact it was up. I no longer care about any report from Uptime robot.
I have good uptime with hostcram 5950x server. I don't know about i9 tho
But I am agree with Boogeyman about uptime robot. I had to migrate all of my monitoring to hetrixtools. Pretty solid.
My i9 LXC has been down for hours too.
Its load average was 128 or so when I last checked, and then it completely went down.
There was two incident.
One with I/O delay or high load avarage. A simple reboot with approx 3 minutes downtime fixed the issue.
The second one you mentioned was due to a power outlet failure. Only one node was affected.
Now, If you're willing to give up the cloud portal access, I can migrate you to a less crowded node. You'll still have all the basic management that comes with Proxmox. Just won't have self OS rebuild option.
Node down again
"Uh oh! We can't reach your node."
Hell yeah my one too.
HostCram
That says it all really. The most likely reason is the host node is overcapacity.
Last time I joked based on their name that HostCram is cramming too many chickens into a hen, and they went all-defensive mode.
Jokes on the provider, it seems.
Buddy, we hired Rack911 to work on our system and also added additional hardware capacity for the i9 LXC-1G Cloud Portal node. We upgraded to Proxmox 7.1 Kernel 5.13.19-4 at the same time.
As the maintenance is complete, expect no more downtime from now on and migration is not necessary.
At the end, I do apologize for the downtime. I promise you to keep an eye on the load avarage and abusers.
That's the good news. Thank you for the update/upgrade.
Can we look forward to this for 5950X too?
5.11.22-4 and stable.
We are not going to touch it anytime soon.
sounds fair since im gonna put production on it
My 1GB LXC uptime is 52 days with average load 1.8, status idling.
Speed is okay, no problem so far.
