Technically there's no obstacle with this. You need only one MX record. Is it smart? That's the other question.
Thanks for help mate. I'll try and see how its going to be/work and maybe buy 2 new ipv4
No need to do that because of mail or nameserver specifically. You won't gain anything in terms of reliability with two IPs from same system.
