I actually tried @NDTN said they no longer have any stock.
I believe since this is a special offer a service transfer isn't allowed. If you do get confirmation that it is allowed, I could let mine go. I'd open a ticket myself but I'm afraid of getting the "we already stated this in our ToS that transferring of specials aren't allowed" response.
