  • Seems to be miscategorized as "shared hosting offers"?

Wow, have to say with what you guys are claiming, this looks great. It is above my budget for the time being but I bookmarked in case I have to increase capacity!

  • Firstly we'd like to ask that you only one of the following ways to spell out our name when doing business:

    KVM Group Limited
    The KVM Group
    KVM Group
    KVM Group, Ltd.

This isn't some sort of law or anything but if you don't use one of those ways we just won't really like you. Secondly if you are wondering how you should stylise KUBBUR's name please just make it all uppercase. That's how we meant for it to be spelled and if you don't follow that we (again) just won't like you.

  • Got one just to use as a Path tunnel to some of my other servers in NY, performance isn't awful. It's on Path's network which is pretty decent, I'd recommend getting the UK location since path has a better presence there. Customary YABS below:

Their AUP clearly say that tunneling to the outside of their network is not allowed tho.

  • Can anyone give me a referral? Would like the discount, offering looks pretty nice.

Oops, in that case I'll just use it as another DNS server :flushed:

  • any test file / looking glass? thx

It is above my budget for the time being ,Looking forward to more promotions being released
(maybe € 10/quarter, worth buying it)

  • I love it when its advertised as unmetered. However what is the actual limit on the bandwidth?
    I assume one can't push 100TB/m on a $5 VM, right?

They presumably colocate with Path/Tempest, which does give 10 Gbps Unmetered. I would assume the only restriction is that you can't go full blast on the port or you'll get a slap on the wrist.

Yeah, Path's network is really not the greatest, more of a volume network than anything else. Makes sense since their main business is being a DDOS mitigation provider (which they are absolutely excellent at).

Ope, is there somewhere I can change that? Sorry for the miscategorization.

If any of you are looking to test our speeds, we have 2 Speedtest servers called "Kubbur" on speedtest.net, one for NY and one for London.

It is actually unmetered, as Advin mentioned we use Path Network for our colocation which comes with unmetered dedicated 10Gbps on one port, as long as it's within our AUP.

Would just like to give people a heads up, by that I mean our London KVM VPS lineup is out of stock and we're looking to restock it in the coming weeks. (New York still available) Cheers.

  • https://help.kubbur.com/ hmmm, it doesn't look very professional

  • Seeing your name I was hoping for a Icelandic location.

Also, your logo is very similar to Norwegian Komplett.no.

We're in the progress of migrating our helpdesk to Ghost, sorry for any interruptions.

Also I'd take your concerns of professionalism a bit more seriously if your signature did not link to a banned forum member.

Oh, we're actually founded by some Icelanders & are looking to start offering service there after the IRIS cable has been laid (cheaper bandwidth).

And unfortunately logos aren't all unique these days, at least we're in different industries and use different color schemes. We didn't take any inspiration from Komplett, the logo was made by a German and not a Norwegian.

Our logo represents a cube & the K in kubbur, hence the dent in the cube.
