For real though, I've had all of my issues answered in only a few minutes and resolved in about the same! For a "Low End" provider, that's absolutely awesome. RackNerd truly deserves recognition for their professionalism.

I have been costumer of some so called "premium provider" with insane high price. But they have not this level of support or quality of services. RN is Awesome
