Which providers have the best networking configurations?

Hey there! I live on the East Coast of the US and I'm looking for a provider to setup a Jitsi instance. Reliable, consistent latencies are important to me (though a lot of times uncontrollable by hosting providers, the Internet is one big fragile mess).

What "large" hosting provider(s) (DO, Vultr, Linode, OVH, Hetzner or the "big" clouds), in your experience, have the best networking configurations, in terms of reliability & latency (and peerings)?

    This won't end well.

I used to operate my Asterisk telephone server in VirMach Buffalo.
It's 30ms from Washington DC market.
There isn't any audio problem in this setup.

The network I always had the least complaints with was Incero Dallas. It just seemed like whenever anyone was, the latency was within acceptable range for them given it's location. That's now Hivelocity and I think I saw one complaint about latency on it, never figured out if it was just the customer's ISP.

  • Leaseweb & Nforce are generally great
