I am looking for Following configuration:-
AMD EPYC 7313
160 GB RAM
2 x 1.92 TB NVMe
35 usable IPs (/27 and /29)
50 TB Bandwidth
Please let me know the pricing. Currently using 3 Servers on Hetzner. Which are almost full. I can go with AX161, but Additional IP price is discouraging me.
My Budget is 200.00 Euros/Month. More or Less 10% is acceptable.

Impossible with your budget. You have only one option:
Pretty sure you are going to struggle there if I'm honest. Do you need to have that exact CPU?
AMD EPYC is required. I am happy AMD EPYC™ 7502P or AMD Epyc 7532 or any similar CPU.> @FractionFrank said:

New pricing from 3rd of Jan, /27 IP subnet (30 usable IPs): € 54.40 monthly / € 608.00 setup
A thread like this teaches you one thing.
Never mess with Hetzner. By burning a bridge with the Germans, you will get screwed.
Next to impossible with this budget and amount of IPs.
The IP's in it's own cost more than 200EUR p/m......
