Any customized plan can be made that price get lower than this one? I'm considering to grab one in ES location, a plan with 128 ~ 256MB memory + 5GB disk is fine for me.

Does the data center in France unlock streaming media such as netflix?
I am not sure. It depends on Netflix, not on us. We are not blocking any services, ports, or hosts... But it depends on Netflix (or other streaming sites) how it classifies the IP addresses assigned to you.
