As for the matter I can understand both sides but would lean towards reminding Francisco (and generally all providers): you may be very successful and even overrun, but still, keep in mind that you are dealing with customers who should be able to expect you treating them with patience and a friendly attitude. Also try to see things from a perspective where you assume that customer is misunderstanding and not evil minded.
Re @Nekki ("talking like him"), I fully agree with @Francisco and also think that Nekki talks and acts like a gentleman in business matters (and even in private real life unless one happens to have sexy tentacles).
If you place orders somewhat often you can just PM me and I'll bump your account ahead of schedule

As someone who doesn't live in the same location as the address on my ID, i was denied service twice. Surprisingly it went through once and it expired after sometime when life got in the way. When I ordered from the same account again - I was told i had two accounts so it was rejected. I had completely forgotten about the other account. Honestly didn't even know it existed. I offered to submit any and all documents needed. Never really broke through Karen

Let me know if you have a ticket I can check, but people with double accounts usually just get 1 closed, or they justify why they need 2 (business vs personal accounts, etc).

I pay for all my VPS with a crypt. I really like this payment technology. Do not understand why need to change it?
There could be a need to change it as people might not prefer using crypto anymore. Since the concept is still very new it can be confusing for some people or there could be a lack of trust etc. I like the concept but still confused on how to get crypto and pay using it, It's hard to me to understand even. General payment methods are a lot easier to use as of now, Crypto simply isn't there yet when it comes to easy to get into and easy to use.
Funny language issue mostly occurred with english seller/provider, even all their offered is in english, folks who has extremely limited command in english still signed up, and request the seller support that is understandable to them.
I doubt things like this happened to japanese seller, or korean? If we cannot understand their language and insist of buying, any undesirable consequences would be on our own.
