Thank You! Santa has consumed the milk, cookies have been munched on and the Rudolph has munched on the carrots! The kids are going to be very happy with their gifts, they're at the age where they understand a lot more than the previous year and are going to have a blast.

In regards to credentials, an e-mail was sent with subject "Reseller Account Information". It is possible, that it may have went to your spam folder (though rare).
You can access our client area at https://my.racknerd.com/
You will need your email address and the password you chose during signup to login.
Once you've logged in, you will want to look for "view email log" - please click once found.
Once you've clicked "view email log" you will want to search for the email with subject "Reseller Account Information" - click this.
Now that you've done so, you will see your credentilas.
Lastly, in regards to migration - the good news is that we offer migration free of charge, just share login crednetials with our team
@dustinc I would love to test RackNerd services, but no Europe location offers for a long time
