That's some tight budget unless you're missing the '1' in front of the 80.
If you change your budget to a more realistic, our rocket line should do :-)

That 80/mo offer to me looks like an insult. Even with missing digit of 1 or 4 at the beggining it is unrealistic.
you can get something for $120, you have to raise your budget.
Couod you offer 192 gb ram server for $120? :-o
There was a time when that was actually possible with ddr3. But that was before the pandemic. Now, $80/mth is indeed too low. It does sound crazy, but heymman servers (and perhaps others in US) were able to do it that cheap. I think they got a lot of used servers for basically nothing and just wanted to make some money off all that almost free hardware.
Hetzner gets you a 256GB RAM server at ~ 57 USD plus taxes (50,50 euro plus taxes).
Otherwise look out for leveloneservers, plox.host, central.so, tier.net/iwebfusion/h4y, 1gservers, heymman and serverstadium in the US. Fraction servers in UK. But you missed all the sub and around 100 usd deals at BF. (Note: that's not a recommendation for any of those providers in the US & UK, just a list of possible candidates).
There are a few options for slightly above your budget (~ 100 USD):

Just note that some of those servers haven't been in stock for a few months.
@ServerHunter that one by leveloneservers is out of stock, your list shows otherwise. Best Value US by ovh is gone since ages. Contabo does not have the said cpu in the US, they only have Epyc there.
You could also look at binary racks in the UK, but afaik they are single homed w/ Cogent
I would also recommend to contact any provider named here by me before ordering to get a feeling about the companies (that does not apply to Hetzner, they are fine).
Thanks for the feedback @OhJohn.
The provider manually marked it as in stock in our control panel, they will have to update it.
It's still mentioned in their API call for listing their products, once it's removed there the system will remove it automatically.
Since Contabo hasn't told us which CPUs are available in which locations, it's just a generic CPU name that applies to all their offers. I believe some of the US locations do in fact have Xeons.
