Rules:

  • Only for EU Kimsufi account holders.
  • Your LET account should be active for more than 4 months with over 50 posts (non-spam).
  • Transfer via ticket (This will depend on support - however long it takes)
  • Payment first - You will provide your customer nic handle in EU Account - I will create a ticket and share the ID - You will create a ticket referencing this new ticket for transfer

PS: This is my first transfer. So, if there is any step I am missing, please have patience. I am willing to work out or your Amazon GiftCard will be returned

    I'm sorry, after i'm checkin with my kimsufi account, it is US acc (only can login in us.kimsufi.com). :neutral:

    Interesting. My transfer - request got a response yesterday, that it is being worked on. No word about a rejection. @mrclown is in the US/World region, my account is EU...

    Possible reasons:

    • Account specific limitations
    • Different regional guidelines
    • My ticket was created, before the rule was invented
    • The support agent did not yet know about the no-transfer - rule.
    • Time - limited rule to prevent all the 'BF' and discounted servers to be traded for some time / profit.

    You did lot of transfers in a short period of time, maybe they want to avoid folks buying their promos to then resell at profit...

    They didn't process the transfer of this server yet, we'll see how it goes.

    I got the same response for KS-LE Server transfer. The service ticket was open for 5 days

    And this was my first ever transfer request

    I have total of 2 services and made a service request to transfer one

    I have a worldwide account. Transfer rejected.

    Maybe the problem is when trying to transfer using US accounts? Or maybe they became pissed off because some users bought many servers, just to resell a few days after?
