IP FO [OVH]

I bought 1 FO address for my GAME Dedicated Server , there was 1 option missing [Configure GAME Firewall]

I want to have this option so what i have to do ? Buy 4 address?

    Make sure your IP is attached to dedicated server itself but seems to be "parked".
    If not, contact OVH team because is not a normal behave.

    i have contacted them , refunded the money back to my account as credits but still no solution , IP Fail Over 1 single address added to my Game Dedicated but no option to Configure GAME Firewall .
