hosthatch don't respond to work orders and marks them as resolved
I submitted a work order about fixing YouTube CDN and would like to get a reply from hosthatch, If this problem can't be solved, please reply to my work order as well?
I'm not sure hosthatch can do that. So I tried to initiate a work order.

Even if they get banned (which seems unlikely these days), they only need to create a support ticket at which point the forum owner would unban them.
