Kimsufi KS-LE in Gravelines with IP 1xx.xxx.xxx.xxx

I am looking for a Kimsufi server KS-LE hosted in Gravelines, France datacenter with IP address in range 1xx.xxx.xxx.xxx, something like 151.80.46.*, for example.
I have for exchange a KS-LE server (17.99 $) or a KS-4C (14.99 $, i5-3570, 2TB HDD, 16GB RAM, 100/100 Mbps) both in Gravelines datacenter. I can pay for the transfer of your KS-LE server, if you do not wish to exchange.

Nope. But they might take a while - last request is open for a couple days now.
