  If you don't need it to be in FR then lowendspirit.com do a great deal for a low end vpn vps (would recommend the NL one because of the bandwidth). I'm using it right now xD There's even an openvpn auto installer on their forum.

  Thanks @skybucks100, have been "hoping" from minivps.... But won't do again edis, they have a real bad network (same as my old 56k)!
