Let me be the one who drops this question:
Wth are you going to do with 20ips in russia?
And what is your budget
@antonpa has it.
We need this number of IPs for our VPN service.
Regarding the price, we are looking for a cheap offer.
@yoursunny: Thank you.

Only up to 10 IP per VPS and 100Mbps but only $35 Per month. Try to request more in addition.
Hi, take a look at the available options here - we also have IP ranges available from Russia at $1 per IP.
Let us know what your actual budget is.
Thank you! :-)
By looking at https://bgp.he.net/AS205220#_prefixes and making some traceroutes I found out that all servers are located in Milton Keynes/UK, despite the fact that some of them have a russian geo.
You obviously resell host-it.co.uk.
Please note that we need a server physically located in Russia., not just a Russian geolocation.
All 1Gbps ports capped to 250-350 Mbps. If you find 10Gbps port you will get only 1Gbps at least. IPs limited to up 10 on many providers
Yes they offer Geolocated IP not physically located in Russia.
Ah, no!! In case of servers physically located in Russia, no - sorry
The IPs are geolocated. Sorry we couldn't help on this occasion.
Maybe @antonpa is the one to go to?
If they fine pay $250 per month for setup above they can try.
The problem is also not seeing what provider offer to registration. Many providers use Billmanager, where you need to register before you find what they offer additionally.
@Anthony2016 Since IPv4 shortage, Nearly all Russian providers limit number of IPs which can be ordered automatically up to 10. Please note that you may be asked for detailed explanation why you need more than 2 IPv4 which will be send to RIPE.
If you want the cheapest one, you can try to ask for availability of 20 IPv4 from these providers:
https://m-hoster.com/pl.php?13048
M-10. It should cost you around $23 per month with 20 IPv4.
https://vpshoster.ru/?from=1497433
NANO. It should cost you around $47 per month with 20 IPv4.
25% OFF first month promo: FastStart
https://time-host.net/?from=24901
KVM-5-SSD. 100 mbps network. You can ask for 1 gbps port upgrade (or at least 400 mbps) with limited traffic for minor price increase. It should cost you around $38 per month with 20 IPv4. (not incl. network upgrade)
https://www.relevate.ru/services/vds-vps
KVM 4Gb for 610 Rubles per month and up to 20 IPv4 as they described. Nothing about port speed.
Thanks for the offers.
The biggest problem seems to be that most of the support staff only speak Russian.
Oh man. You asking too much
For these purposes Google translator will helps.

@antonpa: I tried to register, but it didn't work.
Can you please send me a PM with a link to the Bill manager so that I can register there?
I guess Melbicom and G-Core Labs provide support in English.
Overseas servers can be always slow if it has no global slave servers, I think.
