    I did complain about one thing to them, told them that nothing ever broke so I never got the chance to try them out. :D

    Now that I'm aware of the response time I might actually try out a custom ISO, whenever I don't have the option to mount it myself with a provider I just install one the hard way because I don't want to bother support, and I always assume it'll take too long for them to get back to me.

    Hi @sonu -- good question! Totally doable. Additional resources can be added "a la carte" for $11/yr per 1 GB RAM, or $6/yr per 1 vCPU Core. Please open a sales ticket for more information, or to get any upgrades added :)

    The main giveaway is based on the PST timezone (California) so still Dec 2nd at the moment.
