You're asking for unique locations.
Anything other than NL, UK, CA, US, Ireland, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and EDIS Locations (major backbone locations) are going to be hard to fulfill or rare at your price range.
Im sorry.. I just realised that there are soo many location in EU.. so I edited my post above which ask for another host other than EU..
so, I would accept any comment on lcation other than US, NL and UK..
