First year participating in Black Friday
I seem to be a little late to the party, do you have any suggestions for buying a good VPS?
I mainly use it for WordPress website and V2Ray, I will install BT Panel to manage it, I should need 1 vCPU, 1GB RAM and some hard disk, can I get it at around $3/year?
If not, what is the minimum budget?

You talk a lot for a dirt cheap deal. If you need for v2ray you can use NAT VPS under $5 per yr
If you want to host wordpress with that much money, just use their free account on wordpress.com
