    Someone went all the way through, clicked buy, but then did not pay the invoice. The unit of stock then gets allocated to that person to give them a chance to pay, and no-one else can order it. If the person does not subsequently pay, they have, effectively, been a cunt.

    User proceeded to payment gateway to seal the deal, then did not pay it.
    The first deal i was asleep, so i noticed it many hours later, still no payment, no contact. Fake info.

    These are just trying reserve in order to either limit sales OR turnaround and resell them, and if they are succesfull will pay for them.
