US - not DMCA friendly.
Germany - Since it's Hetzner, not DMCA friendly, EU/DE has their own strict laws, usually give 24 hours to take action
Singapore - It's leaseweb, usually gives 5 days to take action. TOS of "Leaseweb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd." apply. If you want to know exactly how they handle DMCA contact them.
Plus read the host's own T&C too!

where do you access SSH?
You need to open a ticket to ask for ssh access. I have both LA and German open for ssh, this make backup a lot easier and git clone. I think sg will have the same configuration.
