atleast 2 GB Ram

1GBPS connection(EU preferred, but any host having low/moderate latency in India will do.)
20GB or more pure SSD disk space
1TB Bandwidth
Virtualization: KVM preferred, but others will also do
Daily/Weekly backup(Preferred but not required)
Atleast 99.99% uptime guarantee
My budget is $7/mo but can pay yearly. I won't consider any VPS established in less than a year, unless they have a very good reputation.

Sorry, my mistake
We can do 2GB RAM, 3 vCores, 20GB SSD, 1TB @ 1Gbps Outbound, Unmetered Incoming in Amsterdam, NL for $7. OpenVZ Virt and you would need to keep your own backups.
I doubt you will find a 2GB SSD KVM for the price or anywhere close.
Latency to parts of Asia such as India is pretty good.
