So You Start, Kimsufi and Hetzner DA internal license for server

Hi guys, I want to start my summer host. Do you know if SYS, KS and/or Hetzner offer internal DirectAdmin licenses for a reduced cost? Because at official site it costs $29/mo which is a lot.

    Why dont you start without any panel... get customers trust and then, in summer, boom, you may be able to get a legit license and profit more $$$?

    I need to offer a control panel because I'm getting into the shared hosting business, not VPS.
