    If anyone is on the fence about using Racknerd. Here's how my experience has been so far. This is a 100% NO BS post!

    Backstory (feel free to skip):
    A client I’m building a site for is currently hosted on SG. Time came for them to renew (at a ridiculous rate that they’ve been paying for years). They have a “Tech Company” that takes care of their email and a VPS for their management software. Said tech company tried to get them to switch over to them for their hosting. I did some research and found that they were offering crap reseller hosting. So I did some research and came across Racknerd.

    My needs:
    I needed a VPS in a specific location so I submitted a ticket in hopes that they could squeeze me into that Datacenter. @Dustinc responded quickly via email to see what all I needed, so he could check if he could do anything to meet my needs. He came back with a VPS offer that would work for me at said Datacenter.
    *Even if he couldn’t squeeze me in I was VERY impressed and thankful with how helpful and responsive he was!

    I have submitted tickets inquiring how/if I could use the included Clientexec license to automatically provision clients on the reseller package and offer a tier where Clientexec would provision clients on one of my VPS’s with WHM or maybe OLS installed. While the responses kind of answered my questions it’s apparent I NEED TO first do some more research into Clientexec and how the provisioning process works across multiple servers. I can’t really fault them for this; it’s not their job to educate me. However, adding a link in the response to get me started on reading up on thew topic would have just been the icing on the cake.
