Web-Based SSH Client
I frequently have downtime at school, but the issue with our network is that it blocks port 22 (or any port other than 80 and 443). I'm planning to experiment and see if I could access SSH through port 443, and using SolusVM tomorrow, but for the meantime:
Is there any online SSH client that can also function as a proxy for SSH connections to ensure that I can actually use it behind a restrictive network?

This is actually a pretty neat tool.
I am using http://liftoffsoftware.com/Products/GateOne for it.
You can use SolusVM console for that. I have the same problem.as you :P
GateOne is supposedly unstable - at least from what I have been hearing.
https://code.google.com/p/shellinabox/ this one may be a bit better. You can always run SSH over 443 or over an ICMP tunnel if you really need to.
When network is slow, GateOne behaves strange, but it provides nice things like bookmarks to remember old sessions like putty.
I used GateOne naver noticed something strange, thought it was not intensive usage. And it was installed on 128 MB lowendspirit UK node.

What i really like about GateOne is that it is like putty. I only need to install 1 instance and then use it to access to all my machines.
Still I don't know if other tools can do that? Or do we have to install one for each VPS?
SSHL with OpenVPN, SSH and https on port 443 of the same VPS using the transparent proxy. Pretty easy to setup and works through most firewalls. You can set OpenVPN to use either TCP or UDP, so if UDP is for some reason blocked, you can still use TCP, etc.
