somedays ago i've face console connect issues, they told rebuild vps, even they didn't look my data, hows support they are?
then another support agent able to solve console connect issue.
RackNerd multacom was also down for about 40 minutes now it's online 💻
Racknerd are very quick to deal with such things from my experience

This was due to a power cycle at the datacenter building, where all the nodes were re-started. Many of the hypervisors came online quicker, and the clients were online.
But there were VMs in hypervisors which did not come back online, we're booting them up at the moment.
Also, app.cloudcone.com is online, you can boot your VM up through the client area.
Our private node faced a kernel panic which took us a while to boot up our private VPSs which holds the client area, website and other VMs that run our operations

The monitor Kong Gun (173.82.xxx.xxx) is back UP (Host Is Reachable) (It was down for 6 hours and 34 minutes).yeah down for 6 hours and 34 minutes.
I have two node in LA with them. One was 45 min and other took 4 hour 43 min. Can't blame them, I didn't lose millions.
