need help with vmware private network

i have 2 dedicated server, both have 2 nic one for public and one for private.
i have been assigned for private lan with vlanid 2000 (subnet 10.28.0.0/27)

i already set vswitch for each of nic public and private
i create vm at server1 and server2 with 2 interface (public and local)

but i'm unable to ping vm server via private lan (diffrent dedicated server)
but i can ping other vm (same dedicated server)

please i need help why they can't communicate via private ip.
