Just get a dedicated server, you need to send 100K/day, I will assume you have a lot of customers. With that amount of customers you surely could afford a dedicated servers.

No offence the request look like a spam operation, the way I see it if you are doing legitimate marketing email 100k a day.
when I say legitimate am talking about just emailing double opt-in recipient not just sending unsolicited email to address list you bought.
If I was doing legitimate marketing at that scale I would already know what's the best way to do, it wouldn't be looking a cheap server with 5 IP on LET.
