and even if, that's not easily done, at least not by 'just updating contact details'.
they have all these contract agreements, and quite some processes and paperwork for owner changes...
It is possible on OVH but not on SyS, to be more precise.

you should know which branch you registered with.. is it IE , FR, DE etc... so should the other one. from my experience it can be possible to transfer from one branch to another but sometimes they reject it, so the only thing you can do is try anyway.
also the last time I did a transfer is quite a while back, don't know if they changed something in the meanwhile. you can start a transfer for .ie branch for instance, here: https://www.ovh.ie/cgi-bin/en/procedure/procedureChangeOwner.cgi
